Has any one ever thought of using 3/16" aluminum tubing in-place of the stock tail boom. Well I tried it out on my blade cp and it seems to work very well. In-fact it works so well that when I got into a wreck and bent the tube all out of shape it took me all of 15 sec. to get it straitened back out and flying again. I know that you can get 3 aluminum tail-booms for $9.99 from helihobby but I found that you can get the same stuff at a hobby store for .80 each.
