Wouldn't be prudent!!!!!

CA a hinges work because of the wicking action of thin CA and the material the hinge is made from. the Ca wicks into the slot cut in the balsa and saturates the hinge material causing it to bond to the wood

BTW do not substitute medium or thick CA either... (Guess how I know :stupid: )

If you don't want to use CA try Hinge points or pinned hinges with epoxy
