So I guess in full reply, based on what I've got:

Mega 16/15/3
Castle Creations Phoenix 45
7 or 8 cell NiMH (8 cell will give you more power/time, but must be slung under the crutch with JR landing gear)

Dean's Ultra Plugs for battery/ESC connections
9 tooth pinion
Glitch reducer (search for it on helihobby, don't go electric without it)

Bear in mind that all that will cost you ~$250, plus all the parts you'll need (crutch, etc.)
