Precut hinge slots are too thick for CA, and the stock ones look pretty good. Pacer "Hinge Glue" makes easy work of these; I have several bigger ones that are holding up very well...

OS is good choice - it will be under 11, --- but --- tunnel is not deep enough to accomodate the Aeroslave (or my Mac's clone) without cutting out the bottom, making an exposed tunnel. That's not a bad thing/good thing, just depends on what a person wants. I would like to be able to have the whole pipe internal, with only the exit air cutout.
