Not a offshore center console, but i have always wanted a scale center console bay boat.
Anyhow, have you tried to contact Dusky and see if they will provide 3-view drawings, you have the real thing, you can then determine the measurements and finish the plans per say. Or maybe find a deep vee hull that is close enough and modify, not sure just thinking as i type.

Are you thinking static model or R/C? what do you plan for power? If your boat (fullsize) has twins, 2 of those electric outboards would be pretty sweet hanging off the back for power and fairly quiet. If it is a single, still 1 of the electric outboards will do. As far as the T-Top, soldering brass comes to mind, but you won't have that aluminum look unless you can get paint close enogh to that polish look. Do you know a talented aluminum welder, have him make you a mini t-top with aluminum tubing.
