I am using the custom Spring Air 40 HD's that they made specifically for the XL.I am using those along with 1/2" Robart struts and the Airpower disc wheels & brakes that Boomerang Jets sells as a combo option along with the XL ARF kit.In all honesty these Airpower Wheels & Brakes work far better that my BVM Kingcat brakes do!!


In regards to the availibilty of the Robart struts.I ordered mine from my LHS and had them in only 3 working days.The same thing goes with the custom 402 SA Gear,there are plenty of those on hand at SA.I am told that SA keeps a good stock of these as a result of how many XL's they are selling all the sudden.The XL was a huge hit as I am told at FJ 06 .They sold 7 kits just at that event back in March

I am gonna go fly my XL multiple times again tomorrow and will take lots of pics for you guys.I will snap some aerial shots as well as interior layout shots,etc.Anything else you guys wanna see on mine??
