Default RE: Boomerang XL

Last one,I will get some aerial shots next weekend! This XL is a very BIG jet and it's so much fun .I gave a few other pilots some stick time last weekend and they agree!

One piece of very helpful/friendly advice I can offer is this.I'd highly advise not using anything shy of 30 lbs thrust with the XL.I have a Artes Super Eagle on mine (30 lbs) and while it has awesome vertical, the top end is very limited however,my XL weighs 29 lbs dry .I'd estimate that the top end is 130 at best! It is just a huge draggy jet.

What I'm getting at is that if you use anything less than say 28 lbs of punch your gonna be disappointed with the performance. While speed isn't everything of course we sure like to see atleast 120 or so with our jets !! I'm personally happy with the power/speed that my Super Eagle offers
