Well none of the Aileron covers fit, so I had to make new ones. One of the first things I did was to cut out a location on the fin for the rudder servo. Since most of my building has to take place in the storage where I have my planes (House is not done yet) my tools are limited. In this case most of the cutting is done with Exacto knife Painful, slow and easy to slip.

Since I want to rudder and fin to be strong. I am adding two pieces of spruce to stiffen it up.
