If you are using dual aileron servos just follow the flaperon guide in your 9C manual, you do NOT need to use a P-mix to have flap control on a switch, one of the knobs or a slider, there is already a flaperon function (a mix

built into the radio for you to use). Im going off of memory, but I think a mix is required if you want your ailerons to respond as flaps in direct response to up elevator input. I may need to go back and re read my manual on that though.
Personally, unless you are just wanting to play with the function, there is no need whatsoever for flaps on a Nexstar.
