If I remember correctly the nose gear well is not cut out as delivered? You might consider making the nose unit retract conventionally - to the rear. That's what I eventually wound up doing with mine...

I'll get you the CG and what not, not a big deal. Throws are elevator - ALL you can get with a nuetral incidence of -3, aileron about a 1/2" each way - they are not overly powerful so don't worry about that. Flaps - no more than 15 degrees or you can run out of up elevator on landing.
