No, no lead needed. I moved the nose gear forward and made it retract to the rear for other reasons - so I could use a large wheel for grass ops and allow it to retract inside the fuselage.

There is no reason to worry about nose weight! #1, move the batteries to balance, #2 - there is not a 12 ounce tuned pipe back in the tail. In fact, if you would like to put you batteries in the nose area at the inlet V you would need to move the fan back so it's front edge is about even with the TE of the wing. Otherwise plan on a pack on each side of the fan and one in the nose.
