LOL... I have done HUNDREDS and HUNDREDS of touch-and-go's because I was told that landings were the most important thing to learn to do well. (That makes sense because it's the only time you purposely meet the plane with the Earth).
Do as many touch-and-go's as you can and you will be able to land from anywhere right down the runway. Practice dead-sticks and downwind, (not actually IN a down-wind condition), landings. Practice inside and outside loops, hammerheads etc... Spend as much time as you can inverted. It really gets you familiar with the controls in a hurry.
