ORIGINAL: Alladin

Well guys, I crashed my Superstar .40 yesterday and am ready for a second plane. What should I go with that I can transfer everything too? I do want something a little more aerobatic and faster if that's possible. I have 4 servos and a .40 O.S. Max LA engine out of my old plane.

Any place I can find a used plane in the Houston area?
Why did you crash ? If it is from lack of flying experience I suggest staying with a trainer for awhile. When you can fly the pattern at your field INVERTED with your trainer, THEN you are ready to move on to a second type plane. Believe it or not, trainers are capable of basic aerobatics (loops, rolls, Cuban 8, hammerheads and possibly flat spins ), especially if you remove the dihedrahl from the wing.

Except for trainers, the 40 LA is going to limit your choices of planes. Your best bet to obtain something faster and more aerobatic is to look at 25 - 32 size planes. The 40 LA only has about 1/2 the horsepower of a 40 - 46 ball bearing engine.
