I really don't think you'd have much luck running a 1/8th buggy with the Feigao 9L with anything less than 10 cells (12 volts). These things are really heavy, and the amount of cogging that would occur with anything less would be horrible.

Even with 12 cells, this thing has a hard time keeping up with my xxx-4 and 9T team checkpoint motor on 6 cells.
