How will you keep from cutting down the leading edge inadvertently,
I put a spruce trailing edge on the ailerons on an Arrow, which I haven't finished after 20+ years, to help prevent hangar rash. I only had to taper the trailing edge so it wasn't bad but I had imagined all kinds of jigs and fixtures to taper flat stock.
I'm curious how a good builder like you does it.
