Yes the 160 will fit completely in the cowl. The pipes on the muffler hang out about 2" and you dont even really notice them. You will have to drill a hole in the side of the cowl for the glow driver (mine is about the size of a nickel) and once again the plane is so big you dont even really notice it. Of course you could have on board glow if you want. My 160 has never(ever) flamed out doesnt, matter how long it idles.
