I think you are going overboard on the aileron thing. I'm hoping ken gets in here with a drawing because you are making it a lot harder than it is. All you need is one servo in each wing and about a 4 inch push rod from each to each control horn from each servo output horn. Don't need no stinking bellcranks or tubes!!!!!!!
As for the radio, make sure the batteries are fully charged. transmitter output mode matches the RX mode PPM/PCM/FM. RX and TX antenna fully deployed but not right next to each other. Too close and the RX gets TOO MUCH signal
Yes, you are correct bruce. I am making it more complicated than it really is (no excuse I know but I am still a beginner and am willing to learn) and that is my nature in life, not just RC, sorry to anger you.
I already decided on my own not to use the complicated bellcranks, tubes etc and buy another servo.
RCKen did provide graphs below (thank you very much) and I am going to follow them to the letter (they are printed out as we speak so that I have them in front of me while doing it). I have already started my order for the servo and plywood sheeting from Tower Hobbies but I can not find a single piece of ply stick of about 1/4" sq to surround the openning as pictured in Ken's graph (I can only find bundles of 6 or more and I don't need that many at this time. funds will only allow single pieces at this time) Where can I find a single piece? I do not have transportation to my LHS so that is out.
Sorry for dragging this out like this, again I am doing as Ken suggests.
2ndly all components are compatible to my TX system cause I bought a complete flight pack for my radio system. Must be because no grommets inserted 1st, will correct that tonight.
Thank you.
