My DA50 (~1gallon-old) turns a 22x8 MenzS @7350rpm where 12.1kg (26.8lbs) of thrust is produced (measured by a 100lb digital fish-scale). Still on 1:32 oil, though.

It can idle @1440rpm (low idle) or 1800-1900rpm (flight idle) steadily. Transition is very crisp.

Exhaust system is Chip Hyde Quiet Pipe on a 320mm-long "?" header.
