The snap roll to the right in a left turn sounds like the right wing is stalling. This can be due to washin on that side, or more down aileron movement on that side.
Dropping the nose to the right in right turns is relatively normal, if no elevator is used to pull the nose up.
Check the right wing for alignment with the left wing, from root to tip.
These need to be identical.
