fedex and a big zero
I ordered a 80 in zero from AKM on the 20Mar06. The ARF arrived on the following Thursday with a hole in the box, and into the wing. I called fed ex they told me they had to see the entire kit so I repacked it and they picked it up the following day. I then called Alex to let him know what had happened. He told me to take pictures so I did, and forwarded them to him. He told me He would send me a new kit in about a week when the damage report was settled. Well this Friday was three weeks and still no ZERO!
I e-mailed Alex asking what was up on Tuesday he said he would call fed ex and get back with me. The next day I called fed ex and was told its their policy not to cover damage to model airplanes! I retorted with how can you do this after the fact! You can’t pick up a package for delivery and not expected to cover damage to it! If I had known this I would have demanded it be shipped with another carrier. Myrtle was the guys name, and he retorted it is their policy. This is tantamount to fraud!

Call fed ex and tell them what you think! Because the next victom could be?
