RE: what 's safe to do..lipo?
A puffed pack is a damaged pack. I definitely would not use it or charge it again. And I would not keep it near anything flammable!
Contact TP -- they might replace it if you can assure them the pack has not been abused (not charged improperly, not over-discharged).
