The trick I use that might interest you to keep your wheels from falling off is this. I always cut the axle to have about 1/8th of an inch sticking out from the wheel collar. I then cut a slice of fuel tubing 1/8th of an inch wide and slip this on the axle after the wheel collar. If you want to be even more secure put a spot of Ca on the axle and tubing. In the event you want to get it off later you can cut it off with a razor blade.
