Tough choice. You may not find too many people here with electric RTF experience. Consider posting this on the electrics board. I might go for the Super Star just because it's a bigger plane. The GW Cessna looks good, but it's awfully small and liable to be a handful in any kind of wind.

None of these planes are really salvagable for parts. My idea of a starter electric is something like the Goldberg Electra or GP Spectra. Either will run you quite a bit more than $150 (and they're not RTFs), but most of the parts are reusable if you move on to another plane.
