I wondered how it would work on a smaller engine - sound great!
A friend has his flying with a DA100 and being a ex TOC winner has an idea as to what is good and bad-- His feeling is that it flys very well--all the stuf including the twirl the tail in the dirt stuff.
Mine is still not in gear -( too many customer projects) and it may take a quick turn from the original course, using the 100 and get a ZDZ80 single -
This is an expedient setup for me -and a friend who wants the plane - wants it setup to swap engines with his other models - both flying with the 80-
I did strip and recover the belly of the model of its sheeting - and the rear tail wood blocks - so the 80 will balance pretty well - The CG went forward 1 inch- not much you may think- but try to shift the cg that far and tell me how much weight you needed to add.
