Looking for an expanding foam for packaging a large boat with a K&B outboard on it for shipping.

I have covered the boat with small bubble wrap, want to set it on 4 styro cups after spraing it completly with "PAM" cooking spray and then fill the box with foam.

The stuff in the spray cans is for small cracks like around windows and doors and will not work unless I buy 50 cans at $4.99 a can and then I don't know how much it would weigh.

The stuff I'm looking for usually comes in two parts to be mixed and poured.

HELP!
