Funny you should mention that. I visited your site yesterday and was thinking "Now why didn't I think of that?". Great idea.

I'm a scale nut and eventually want to get to building out a giant scale Spitfire Mk IX. I realize I have a long, long way to go before I get there but wanted to build up a couple of balsa kits to get back in the grove of kit building. I figure I'll need to build 6 to 8 balsa projects before I even attempt to start working on a giant scale war-bird. I look at it as a lot of time to do research.

From a practical perspective, after I go though the winter of "flying" the G2 Realflight simulator, I'll probably try one of your SPADs just to get in the air to get the real feel of it again.

I nice mix of simulator, SPAD & balsa should eventually get me to the point where I want to be.

Isn't this a great hobby? I'm lovin' it, even though I've hardly gotten my feet wet.
