I matched myself has a battery that is getting hot.
I took off the battery and put it on my bulb discharger and the lights didn't light. So then I threw it on my equalizer and none of those lights lit up either. Then I got worried. I threw it on my ICE on 4 step, and after about 2500 mah one battery was getting quite hot.

Is there anything I can do to save that one cell? What happened to it, did it reverse? I can remove that one cell, but I am so pissed, that pack was made of my best batteries ever

arghhh!!!
?? too many question on my side to correctly help
1. Do you track your data on your packs. Number cycles etc.. Data on cells you matched
2. Has this pack ever been abused HEE HEE 4 step experiments
3. Was the pack over discharged in car before you put it in discharger.
See where I’m headed all signs of weakling a cell now it’s peaking before the rest so it gets hot. Yes you can build your own packs a real good learning experience for you. Recycle each cell an note it’s capacity match up equal . If you connect to each cell you don’t have to disconnect them, you may find that the weak cell maybe reformed. If not match up one out some other pack or buy one cell.
PS this is why slow charge does no harm, fast charge is much harder on mismatched cells
