Wow, this is great news!

My first hots was the Super Hots. I put a YS60 with a pipe on it and it was the star of the show at Mile Square Park in Orange County, CA. That was 16 years ago and we didn't know about hovering but I bet it would have done it with the right CG. I built three 40 size Hots and ran YS45's with pipes on those. Absolutely amazing planes. Just before I got out of the hobby I scratch built a Big hots and put a 45CC gasser in it. It would go vertical until you quit. I just got back into the hobby about 4 months ago and was really surprized that no one was offering the Hots kits anymore. What a shame. I ordered a set of plans for the Ultra Hots, thinking I could use a Ryobi conversion in it. I haven't started it yet and I'm told that the Ryobi may not be enough engine for it.

Very interested in an ARF or kit for the beloved Hots.

I would buy an ARF of the Cobra in a New York Minute!
