Yeah I've read all 7 pages of this thread.. good reading

This is my first hummer kit, although I guess I should mention I've had several of the TA02 S-10 and F-150 trucks.... which are pretty close to the same animal.

14 years in the hobby and over 60 kits built, but it never gets old to me. I'm looking very forward to building and driving the hummer!

From my extensive building, modifying, driving, wrenching on TA02 trucks, there are two items I know I will want/need to aquire.

1. Tamiya 53079 (Heavy duty prop shaft)
2. Tamiya 53142 (aluminum motor mount)

The motor mount is the same one as the TA02.... the drive shaft is different though. It is the Manta Ray shaft which is longer. Both of those parts are discontinued, but they do pop up from time to time. They are worth every penny IMHO.
