Default RE: L39/Wren 44 Pics and video

Hi Henry,

Thanks for the advice, I am assuming then that you have not heard of anyone using a Super Bee ? On the face of it I think it's 75mm casing size should drop in easy enough; so maybe not so much of a squeeze ? Weight-wise it's somewhere between the MW44/54 so will give higher wing loading but hopefully not too much ? I don't know what the wing area is, would be easy enough to work out the increase in loading. I believe the L39 can be bought with flaps, this would certainly help a deal to slow things down for landing.

I have the latest version Super Bee so have been looking around at different airframe combinations to try it in. As I've heard so many positive things about the Savex L39 I thought I would ask a few feasability questions.

Maybe if someone has a spare airframe yet they could try it ?

Possibly an interesting project I think.

Rob.
