Move the aileron stick to the right. I'm going to assume that they both go downwards.
Viewed from the rear of the plane - with a right turn - only the left wing aileron should go downwards, right aileron should go up.
So reverse the channel that the right wing aileron servo is attached to. It will be either Chan 1 or 6 depending how you attached them to the receiver.

BTW to have the flaps both go up and down together on a knob you will need to use the FL-TRIM function.
Activate the FL-TRIM and set the % figures to the amount of movement you would require.
