from what you are saying I am probably running rich on the LSN cause it runs more that 2secs befor it starts to rise and then stall... I'll try that tomorrow.

it's a bummer that I have to whait for the gear and its a bigger bummer that it stripped on a friday [:@]
p.s., I have already ordered a hot plug, I will see how that works too. what is the theory behind glow plugs? do they stay lit through the whole function of the engine? I thought they are lit only when you apply the ignitor and the fuel exploded due to high preasure.
