Sounds to me like you have too aft of a CG or too much up elevator or both. Recheck the manufacturers specs or call them and confirm the CG. I have had several planes do the same thing. The problem was always an incorrect CG..and taking out too much elevator throw to make the plane fly smooth and not snap, will make it harder to flare upon landing if you don't have enough elevator.
