I belive you should get a new clutch bell those are stress breaks mabey from useing the thicker traxxas spring.
I think the traxxas springs have to rev higer be for they catch and when spring snaped it made the stress cracks.
Im going to look around for a clutch bell thats steel with the same teeth/pitch as a replacment
