Thunderbolt47 I don't know any thing about glassing a plane yet, but I am reading all the threads I can as I have taken on a G/S P51-D all most ready to cover that has been badly dammaged while in the orig box, for a frind of mine, all is repairable. So I hope you will put lots of pic of your corsair build in this thread.
About your choice of paper grit, all I have ever used when glassing joints is 220, so I am of little help at this time.
