I am not familiar with the "Cline regulator", is it a pump designed for 4 stroke engines? I used a Perry pump with my OS 1.60, it was great; could it be use with the Saito?
The cline regulator could be found [link=http://www.billsroom.com/pcfs/products/CFS/fuelsysdesc.htm]HERE[/link]. It works with a presurized system like YS engines. The presurized fuel hits the regulator and causes the diaphram to open up to let the fuel in the carb. since it is a presurized you could mount the fuel tank anywhere...
