I went to the links in the upper right of the page, where it has links for

FAQ | New Posts | Member List | Search | Inbox | Settings

and clicked on the FAQ link, just to see what was there. It took me to the
"Help" page, where I am admonished to check my browser for blocked
popups and such.

Unconvinced that I had reached the FAQ section, I opened " All Forums"
and found the RCU Rules & FAQ's Forum with the "RC Universe.Com FAQ"
thread.

Did you intend for that link to lead to the FAQ thread?
