for the person who wanted to build the Powhata go to this web site they have a 1/96 scale hull for it it is now owned by DonJon Marine, They also owns the real "Mr. Darby" it is now called the Atlantic Salvor. the photo you used was of the USS America being towed out to be sunk. if you look up the site you will see the Atlantic Salvor at the stern of the America

Nice link Fleetsailor. It is a little over his Free-$40 budget, but for a ready to go hull, that is a nice find. I know some other people that were intersted in that class of tug, and we couldn't find a whole lot of information on them. Your link(comes with plans), and the Loyalhanna plan set would be more than enough to finish the tug nicely.
