Tunrs out it was a lot of things wrong.

I took it down to the LHS and their happended to be one the local experts with Trex's there and looked at mine. Turns out one the pre-built bars was not turning freely. And the linkages going from my servo to the swashplate were causing the inadvetnet non-centering.

Moved the linkages to move veritval, best I could with my servos being mounted outside and oiled the heck out of the swashplate. It now moves freely.

Already hovered one battery out and after mowing the yard going to try and hover two more before I finish for the day.


Sometimes you get to a point where someone who has worked with them longer can only tell you what the problem is
