Thanks for the help but 3cm from the LE is very far forward that's less than 10% of the root wing cord. I would need about 2lb of lead to get it near there!

The aeroplane is designed for a .46 I have a square aluminium silencer (heavier than norm) a three blade prop and a aluminium spinner nut so all in all this is heavier than recomended.

If you are right then somebody at seagull models got there design badly wrong !
