I finally got everything ok, I bashed for about 1 hr then I striped my spur gear, it looks like the clutch bell gear wasn't close enough to the spur gear, since it was slipping and the spur gear is only half worn down. Any tips on how to set mesh I got the battery box and gear box off so I can see it really good but there isn't much adjustment I can do with the motor mount screws one side is right almost right against the the slot in chasis. I'm gonna throuhgh a new one on and try and set the mesh better.
