Default RE: nitroplanes.com FW 190 Build

JLS, I think it is between 1/6th and 1/5th. 1/6th scale would be 66.16" and 1/5 scale would be 82.7" That only take the wingspan into account. You can do the calulations for the rest if you want.

Specifications (Fw 190A-8):
Engine: One 2,100-hp BMW 801D-2 radial piston engine
Weight: Empty 6,989 lbs., Max Takeoff 10,802 lbs.
Wing Span: 34ft. 5.5in.
It's pretty close to 1/6 scale if you're using the wing to determine that. 34'5.5" = 413.5" / 6 = 68.91" wing.

I just picked up one of these for $100 delivered, not sure what to make of it yet. I was hoping for a little better outline but it was not to be. I think just removing the large bulges on the cowl and making them smaller, cutting the lower cowl to the proper shape and moving it further aft will make a huge difference in the looks. I may make a canopy for this one, not decided yet. Anyway I have other projects to finish first.
