Sorry to hear all your problems Scott_GTR!!!
Mine do start at 4-5 pulls when the engine is primed!!! So check the tank so it close up correctly, you can also take put the glow plug and pull the pull starter and see if comes any fuel!!! If doesn't prime it more!
