With a 32:1 fuel oil mix, (3% oil), 97% of the liquid that your needle jet metered was gasoline, with a 100:1 mix, 99% of the liquid that your needle jet measures is gasoline. You will end up with a slightly richer fuel/air mix unless you readjust the needles in the carburator.
