typically after a proper break in, you should be able to lean it up and try to get in the ballpark of 250-260. you engine will preform the best in this range. you will get the most efficientcy and good power.. try not to get about 275. but ive heard of some running in the 285 -300 mark without issues. but im guessing life span to rebuild would be a bit sooner in that range.... if you have great power/idle/response/spoolup and are running 220 - 230. sounds good to me.. wouldnt change a thing.
