The Lights are Non Functional at the Moment, they were parted off a $2 Toy..
Search the Cheapo Discount Stores and look for any emergency vehicles.. then rip the Lights off it..

I will eventually make a Working Light Kit for it using some LED's and a Simple circuit which I still have to work out..
