Thanks for the tips guys. I played around with the stock 60 degree header and found that I can keep the muffler inside the cowl with about 1/8" clearance to the fuse and the cowl. It gets tight with the muffler extension so I'll probably open up the bottom of the cowl a little so the extension fits better. If I could bend the 60 degree header to 80 degrees or so it would be a much better fit. Do you think this is possible if I were to heat the header using a blow torch?

Also, I remember that some are mounting the tank higher than the recommended position so it is in line with the carb. Is anyone successfully running their engine (without a pump) from the location recommended by GP?
