if the prices are too high for you then don't pay ... go somewhere else, maybe scratch build from plans, thats a lot cheaper ... Though some stuff is overpriced, mostly its a very good value. Having been in the business for so many years, and running a show with so many employees, hey, he deserves to make a good $ too ! based on your previous post , sounds like you don't have much to base your comments on anyway, as in particular the prices on these prop planes are RIGHT IN LINE with the rest of the industry when looking at comparable aircraft.
