Well, I have already done that. The diaphragm seems to be plenty flexible with no pinholes or splits, all gaskets seem to be in good shape...I may try using a syringe to introduce gas into carburetor while disassembled to see if it will pump.

I do thank you for taking the time to help. Any other ideas?
