Dan,

I look to be up there and lighting up my engine at about 6:30am. Email or pm me Friday night & we can set something up.

So I'm about done with this baby! Linkages are all tight, weak spots are reinforced, and everything is working as it should. I even snuck in a cool little tail wheel for the heck of it. (I couldn't stand the thought of having asphalt ripping the orocover from the tail skid.)

I can’t wait to see how one of these Quickies fly!

Reno,

IMHO I would have used a z-bend on the servo end of the tail linkage... you have a ball joint on both ends... and frankly nothing, save the wire thread/ball link plastic friction on both ends prevents vibration from changing your elevator pushrod length/trim inflight on one or both surfaces. While it may work AOK... may isn't good enough for me... I would put a Z-bend on the servo end. Not trying to be critical... just want you to have a good experience.
